The construction of power grids need to build the market system of power plants and power grids separation, the power company network buy electricity from power plant to meet the needs. Arrange the power grids and power plants scheme for the purchase of electricity in accordance with the requirement of grid to meet the need of distribution. The paper studies the optimization problem that how to purchase electricity from the grid to achieve the minimum cost satisfying demand in accordance with the price quotation and the actual need of power plant.First of all, without considering the produce factor of plant in classic schedule model, the static and dynamic model of power grid daily active scheduling suitable for new mechanism are obtained, and certificated by optimal ordering algorithm and linear programming respectively.Secondly, own to the advantage of PSO algorithm in solving large-scale problem, this paper uses PSO to certificate and solve the power grid daily active scheduling model. Some methods to solve the initial size, affective constraints to void solution of PSO used in PGDAC are simulated and some parameters such as the optimal acceleration constant, maximum speed and weight are obtained.Thirdly, without climbing rate constraints are solved by PSO and the constancy of whose solution is proved through result comparison.Finally, the static model and dynamic model of PGDAC of Shaanxi Power Grid with full constraints are solved and compared with the actual date to show the efficiency and feasibility in practical application.
