The paper based on Zhangbei HPWS demonstration project,According to the adverse effect of project combined to the grid by fluctuations of wind and photovoltaic active power,research active power coordination control theory?system framework and the control strategy of HPWS,study of real-time optimized control the running state of wind?photovoltaic?energy storage,minish the active power greatly,high frequency wave of wind and photovoltaic,improve ability of power grid accept wind and photovoltaic power.Active power coordination control theory contains three parts content:optimization of predictive power?day-ahead generation schedule?real-time generation schedule.Perform calculations with wind power prediction information?photovoltaic power prediction information?energy storage state?load power prediction information,divide time span into three levels including 24h?2h?15min,gradually approximation,getting generation schedule which is suggested by HPWS and upload to dispatching departments of power grid,affording helpful reference for formulating scheduling plan;formulate day-ahead generation schedule on the basis of scheduling instructions issued by dispatching departments of power grid and wind power?photovoltaic power prediction information;amend day-ahead generation schedule on the basis of extended short-term load forecasting to gain rolling generation scheduling closer to the reality;finally,formulate real-time power dispatch of minute level on the basis of real-time active power and ultra-short-time load forecasting,gain generation scheduling ultramodern and the most accurate,and issue to the power generation unit to output active power on the basis of planned value.Form a complete active power scheduling software of HPWS connected grid,draw up generation scheduling fleetly and efficiently by accurate and effective models?algorithm,and clear,straightforward visual interface display.Not only eliminates the manual process of scheduling personnel,but also improve the accuracy of planning.Gain the generation scheduling data which meet the requirements,it show that the software scheme is feasible.
