The rapid development of railway refrigeration transportation has already brought up the new challenge to loading technology. Because of the characteristics of perishable freight, it needs more specialized loading technology than general goods during the process of railroad transportation. In order to adapt to modern logistics requirement of quick and efficient, improve utilization rate of railway refrigeration tools, the traditional loading method of railway refrigeration transport needs to be improved. The main research contents of the paper include: The category of perishable freight and non-perishable freight has been definitely classed, package of perishable goods and loading and fixing requirement, dense method and non-dense method have been designed, the optimization loading system of transfer of railway refrigerator car has been developed with modern optimization algorithms.The purpose of this paper is to advance optimization method of railway refrigerated goods loading based on reality of railway refrigerated transport in China. The concrete contents are as follows: Firstly, The category of perishable freight and non-perishable freight has been definitely classed by investigating. In order to put forward corresponding loading and fixing technical requirements, requirements and characteristics of refrigerated goods package have been analyzed. Secondly, according to conventional loading method, loading method of perishable freight has been designed with the Theory of Meta-heuristic Algorithms from the point of view of making good use of refrigerator car loading space and carrying capacity. Thirdly, the optimization loading system of transfer of railway refrigerator car has been developed withASP.net and SQL Sever technology based on optimization loading method. In the end, sum-up and prospect of the research in the task are stated. |
