With the development of manufacture process of LiFePO4 battery,the industrial production of battery is realized,the quality of product has been improved . Therefore , a low-cost and saving energy detection system of LiFePO4 battery is needed urgently,which can detect the performance of battery accurately.In view of this battery character,the purpose of this thesis is to design a battery detection system-ZM620 LiFePO4 battery detection system that is satisfied with the above requirement.Based on the design requirement , the system overall design is defined . Master–slave mode structure is adopted in lower-end computer.Digital signal processor is master controller,which control slave controllers of parallel connection,realizes the selection of sample channel and the real-time control of constant current power.The whole system control and real-time monitoring of the parameters of battery performance is realized in the detection process in the detection system.In view of hardware control system of lower-end computer and the requirement of data analysis of battery in charging and discharging process,the higher-end computer system is designed as real-time monitoring software , the running control of lower-end computer is realized . The modularization program is designed in this system . The multithreading sample of running data of battery, analysis, disposal and statistic is realized in this system.At the same time,the classify result of battery is transmitted to lower-end computer through serial port,the real-time capacitance classify is realized,the battery detection efficiency is advanced.The design cost is low,the period of the project is short,the arithmetic of capacitance is amended,the simulation constant voltage charging is added,the high current discharging is realized,the detection efficiency of battery is improved.The result of experiment,the character of this system is high reliability,high accuracy,convenience operation,and quick detection,the system can satisfy with the requirement of real-time detection of LiFePO4 battery. |
