Management Information System Of Schedule And Command Of Kunmingdong Railway Station

According to the characteristics in the new period, the Ministry of Railway puts forward the strategy of "railway development in span manner", which describes for us a beautiful blueprint for the great development of railroad, and the information building contributes greatly to this blueprint. As one of the biggest railroad stations, Kunming East Railway Station plays an important role in the Kunming railroad bureau, also is the center of goods import and export in Yunnan province. Along with the sixth nationwide railway speedup, the vehicles arrive more and more. All these have larger and higher requirements to the level commanding transportation than before. However, the past command manner by manual work not only restricts severely the increase of the labor productivity, but also sufers the more labor strength. Such case, which can not meet the demands of the modern transportation command far and far, is needed to be change urgently.This thesis is aimed to develop schedule and command information system suitful to the modern transportation and production of stations, by applying advanced schedule and command thoughts, computer network and database technologies into the development of the actual system.Firstly, the thesis introduces the current status of the schedule and command of the vehicle plan in station, analyzes the requirements in goal and network of the schedule and command system. Secondly, the thesis draws the flow diagrams of the schedule operation, analyzes the process of data generation of the system, and designs the functional modules, database tables and data dictionary for the system. Thirdly, after introducing the platform and development tools of the system, the thesis designs in details and implements the functional modules used respectively by the group leader on duty, at the operating points and by the station schedule leader, as well as the interfaces respectively with the bureau and the operating points. Finally, the thesis shows the running environment and effect of the system.At present, the whole operations of the schedule and command of Kunming East Station are running on this system. The running system significantly reduces the work burden of the underlying segments, and enhances the levels of information management services.
