Development On Master Station System Of Dispatching Automation In Rural Electric Networks Based On Intranet

This paper introduces the structure, form and function of the master station system of dispatching automation in rural electric networks based on Intranet. The system adopts the advanced technology and the reliable network structure, and has the information shared and exchanged. It can make the users of Intranet for electric power enterprises truly know the dynamic conditions of power producing and operating in time. The system receives the real-time data gotten by RTU, which are processed and showed with network shared form, and saves the history data to the large database, SQL Server, at the same time. The system may adopt the user interface of browser and be used to inquire the history data dynamically. Its operation is simpler and more convenient and its software upgrades easier. The centralized process of the application program code in the Server side makes the system more opening, maintainable and expansible easily. Besides, in order to insure the system to be applied reliably, the security of the information is paid attention to. In the system there are Client/Server and Server/Browser structure. ASP technology, which has just been applied recently, and Visual InterDev6.O developing platform are also used in the system. A master station system of dispatching automation in rural electric networks has been developed.
