Nowadays,the world is in the wave of information revolution with the Internet and artificial intelligence as the important symbols,so the social productivity and production relations have undergone tremendous changes.Made in China 2025 is a program of action for China to implement the strategy of building a strong manufacturing country,which needs high-quality industrial workers.This puts forward higher requirements on the scale and quality of talent training in vocational education,especially in secondary vocational education.Therefore,we must innovate teaching mode and means with the help of new technology and new facilities provided by information revolution.Intelligent mobile phone,computer,and network are inseparable with modern life.Education and learning are not limited to the classroom,the Internet is becoming a broad field of education.In particular,with the outbreak of the new crown epidemic in China and then around the world at the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020,in order to prevent the spread of the epidemic,schools at all levels and all kinds of classes are closed,and online education has changed from the supplement and assistance of classroom education to the replacement during the school closure period.The network teaching is fast,convenient and free from the limitation of time and space,which makes it play a more and more important role in the secondary vocational education.Our country is in the process of rapidly moving from a big transportation country to a powerful transportation country.It is an important part of the process to reform the training mode of transportation professionals in secondary vocational schools.It is more urgent to take effective measures to comprehensively improve the practical ability and comprehensive quality of secondary vocational school graduates.At present,there are many problems in transportation and related courses teaching in secondary vocational schools in China.Secondary vocational school students are mainly junior high school graduates.There are many problems,such as poor learning autonomy,weak mathematical foundation,difficult to understand the mathematical theory principle and mathematical derivation process.Teachers in secondary vocational schools are also generally lack of practical experience,and focus on teaching according to the book.Three in one,the science and technology of transportation and the integration of science,engineering and management,and the characteristics of interdisciplinary and cross disciplinary integration.Based on this characteristic,the network course provides a new way of thinking for solvingproblems,such as the "Internet plus education + practice" trinity teaching mode.In this new mode,schools and teachers provide students with multiple learning environments based on classroom teaching,in school practical training,out of school practice and online teaching.Teachers can fully understand students’ learning status,and students can use online course resources to learn independently in addition to conventional learning and practice.The network course provides an open,dynamic and interactive non-contact learning platform,which fundamentally changes the traditional teaching mode.Based on the characteristics and development status of secondary vocational education in China,this research designs and implements an online development platform of network courses based on the client / server model,which is used for secondary vocational schools to quickly build the network courses of transportation engineering and related majors.Our online development platform includes two modules: course resource management and online exam management.It provides services for teachers and students through Apache server and client web browser.Course resources include course documents and videos.Students can learn by browsing documents and watching videos.The online test management module manages the test question bank,generates the online test page in real time,automatically reviews the students’ answers and records the students’ answers.Students need to register their personal information before the test,so that teachers can master the knowledge of each student.The network courses developed by the platform can help teachers in secondary vocational schools to grasp students’ learning situation and understand the teaching effect in time;improve students’ learning methods,improve their learning initiative and enthusiasm;and promote the further development and improvement of transportation and related courses.
