Railway transportation has large capacity, small energy consumption, low cost, an area of small, all-weather, safety, and environment-effective, adaptive technologies such as broad economic advantage. Vigorously develop the railway passenger transportation in full compliance with China's basic national conditions. But now China's railway network with low-density, traffic speed and capacity needed to continue to improve, in particular, to the Spring Festival travel season, such as passenger traffic on the Golden Week period, passenger capacity is extremely tight, railway passenger transport has become the current development of socialist market economy are not suited the needs of the most prominent the contradiction to be, community-wide repercussions and more strongly. Therefore, with the current technical conditions, how to organizations through technical means to tap the potential of railway passenger transport clevery, by optimizing the organization fully rational use of existing capacity and reduce or eliminate waste empty become a pressing issue.First of all papers through the analysis of the status of the railway transport system and the existing problems, proposed system optimization and the need for coordination of organizations, from the perspective of the ability of the scientific analysis of the distribution arrangements with content and organization of the importance of the train.
