The Research Of Remote Monitoring Anti Running System For Vehicles In Railway Intermediate Station

In recent years,with the rail transport develops towards faster, safer,and more efficient,higher requirement for automation and security has been set on the railway transportation process.But now,in our country mostly use iron shoes to stop vehicles running away on arrival-departure track,although the anti running for vehicles is very important.This approach has many shortcomings,it's high accident rate,low efficiency, great labor intensity and being susceptible to accident constraints the railway transport capacity.Today,the automation of railway transportation is increasing in a high speed,accordingly the automation of anti running system for vehicles is imperative.The anti running of vehicles is very important in intermediate station,but the automation level of anti running devices is low.In view of this situation,we design and develop the automatic anti running system based on new anti running devices.The system adopts the method of integration of software and hardware,it consists of two parts:(1)the bottom control system for anti running devices,which is made up of PLC and HOST Link communication system;(2)The remote monitoring Software. Workers monitor and control the PLC by the remote monitoring software which installed on host PC in station control room,PLC control the anti running device and acquire data from arrival-departure track,eventually establish a centralized management and decentralized control automation system.This thesis mainly introduces the design and development of remote monitoring software.The main content of this thesis includes the following aspects:1.The sele(?)tion of the scheme of centralized management and decentralized control automation system for stopping vehicles running away;2.The establishment of remote communication and communication protocol between host PC and PLC.3.The design and development of database management system for automatic anti running system.The purpose of this system is realizing automatic control of stopping vehicles running away,and it has very important significance for ensuring the operation safety,improving operation efficiency,improving comprehensive railway transport capacity,reducing labor intensity and reducing accident.
