| Along with quick development of the computer, communication, automation and network techniques, the monitoring mode of the water conservancy project has developed into remote monitoring, which from single field monitoring, concentrate monitoring and layering the distribute type monitoring. The characteristics of new generation monitoring system, for the water conservancy project, are function comprehension, interconnect network, opening functionality and standardization.This paper has in depth researched transmission system structure and various relevant techniques, and has constructed distance monitoring net structure and it's implementation scheme for according to optical fiber ring, browser/ server structures, which consists of the Xinshu river floodgate monitoring, video frequency monitoring, optical fiber ring, PLC and surging protection system etc., in accordance with the target and task of Huai river basin water conservancy information construction item, combining with actuality of the Xinshu river floodgate monitoring system of the Daguanzhuang pivot water conservancy engineering and on the basis of network technique development.the paper analyze in detail with network basic theories, for instance TCP/IP systems, and some relevant protocols which closely related with the monitoring system, and have compared the characteristics of the mode C/S with B/S. According to the characteristics of the water conservancy engineering of Xinshu river floodgate, on the basis of computer monitoring system, it has structured the remote monitoring system of water conservancy which based on B/S structure with optical fiber ring net, and has analyzed and studied in detail to the software function frame system. Meanwhile, several key problems, that might appear in the monitoring system, such as, the problem of the merge of the controlling network and information network, the interchange and real-time problem of dynamic data, and online security problem of the monitoring system etc., have been in depth researched and discussed, and it put forward some methods to strengthen the safety of network combined the Daguanzhuang water conservancy pivot project. Otherwise, the paper has carried on detailed analysis and studied on the software function frame of the monitoring system, has probed the merging method of field general line network and information network, and has put forward a scheme and measure of monitoring system, that would merge the control network and information network in Xinshu river floodgate.From the design and research of the remote monitoring system of the water conservancy engineering, the paper has not only completed the construction of monitoring system in water conservancy of Xinshu river floodgate, but also has solve some key problems that run into in the course of monitoring system Xinshu river floodgate. The research will play a positive role in the development of the long-range monitoring in water conservancy. |
