Research On Cost Management For New Project Quotation Of D Company

With the continuous development of social economy,the quality of people's life is also improving,automobiles become a necessity of life is entering millions of households,followed by a steady increase in the number of automotive sales,but because the industry's internal competitiveness is too large automotive sales prices are falling,automotive parts enterprises are facing the severe business situation that requires continuous innovation and process improvement in order to obtain new business to maintain the normal profit of the enterprise.Under such a situation,the role of cost control in the quotation phase of product projects is becoming more and more important,which is the necessary support for enterprises to obtain external business,and also an important benchmark for product cost control.Cost analysis is an important basis of enterprise cost management.Scientific cost control in project quotation stage can effectively help enterprises more competitiveness.There are many factors affecting the cost of automobile wiring harness products.Firstly,based on literature review,qualitative analysis and practical investigation,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the project quotation stage in the project quotation stage,and puts forward the problems existing in the project quotation stage of the company combining with the reality of D company.In view of the complexity of the quotation stage of new projects,this paper puts forward the following feasible suggestions for the cost management of D company in the next stage by means of project analysis,target cost and other research methods: do a good job in the basic work of cost analysis such as collecting and investigating the external information of new projects,and attach importance to the market investigation,customer target price forecast,and competitor analysis;scientific and reasonable product design plays an important role in saving enterprise cost which is necessary to do a good job in the basic work of cost analysis.Cost control in the quotation stage is an all-round management measure for enterprises,include raw materials purchasing and process evaluation,not only can reduce manufacturing costs,but also can ensure product quality and thus improve the economic efficiency and core competitiveness of enterprises.Finally,through the combination of theoretical discussion and case analysis,it can help D company to improve the cost control of project quotation stage by improving and perfecting the relevant system and using the practical application of target cost method.
