Nowadays product reliability, security, response agility of market, index of resource and environment has become very important competition index for enterprise. Construction machine rim in our country has prodigious gap to abroad and other domestic products. Based on domestic construction machine rim security, reliability, response agility of market lacking system theory supporting, this dissertation analyses the rim standing under load and strength condition. The rim designing CAD system is researched. Further more, the rim structural optimization, analysis of fatigue and life forecast are studied, and applied in Shandong Construction Machinery Steel Rim Plant.First, it analyses the mechanical loader for different working conditions and establishes standing under load mechanics model for rim with different working conditions. Specific theory foundation for mechanical loader under load is studied. The load distribution under different working conditions is calculated and analyzed. The load condition and major checking position under different working conditions are determined.Based on the above research, the loading condition and boundary condition of rim are analyzed. Specific load is calculated and boundary condition is determined. According to the simulation analysis of working condition of rim by ABAQUS, the stress nephogram and position nephogram of different working condition is obtained. The weak point and over strength point of rim are found out. The simulation results are certificated by experiment.Three-dimensional model is established. According to the analysis of specific dimension relations of rim, the computer aiding system for rim designing is developed. This system is based on Solid Edge platform and VB language. It has strong practicability and augments ability. This system can do Three-dimensional parameterization designing for existing parts and can append other designing system for new parts. This system has used by enterprise. It can lighten the burden of designer, shorten the development time of new product and increase working efficiency.Based on the above research, utilizing the exact model, nimble computer aid system and effective finite element simulation, the structure of rim is optimized. The products of factory have been simulated. The depth of rim and the displacement of rim are simulated with different dimensions. Accord to the simulation results, the most appropriate displacement is determined and optimized. It improves the reserve strength of material in rim. By analyzing the stress, strain and displacement of product of Shandong Construction Machinery Steel Rim Plant, the assurance coefficient of rim) working process has been calculated successfully. This provides theoretical evidence for strength calculation of rim.Combining analysis method of conventional fatigue failure and theory of Miner fatigue damage accumulation, a new method of analyzing fatigue strength and life forecast of rim is extraction. Based on this method, the conditional fatigue limit of rim is calculated. The check of fatigue strength and the forecast of life of different working conditions are done by the theory of Miner fatigue damage accumulation.This subject is cooperated by Shandong University Sustainable Manufacture Center and Shandong Construction Machinery Steel Rim Plant.
