| For the sake of FRP material anchorage and its health monitoring, the FRP-OFBG(Fiber Reinforced Ploymer-Optical Fiber Bragg Grating) smart anchors have been studied and developed based on the serious research of FBG's sensing properties and FRP materials properties. Its damage sensing properties have been studied by theory and experiment. The FRP bars bonded anchorage theory and its standard of safty valuation has been brought forward. For the mechanic character of a civil defense project, FBG intelligent monitoring project for it has been studied and designed. The technique of FBG intelligent monitoring has been studied, and it has been successfully applied in this project. The main contents and results include:Firstly, considering the FRP material performance, and per-distributed FBG sensing properties, FRP-OFBG bars smart anchors have been studied and developed. Its sensing properties and mechanical characters have been studied by doing pulling experiments. The research results show that FRP-OFBG bars smart anchors have excellent sensing properties, and it can be used in health monitoring primely.Secondly, the stress distributing and the damage model of FRP bars anchor have been studied by FEA(Finite Element Analysis) simulation and theoretical analysis. The model for FRP bars'shearing strength predigested calculation has been brought forward. And the judgement for the degree of damage also has been studied. The research results show that the FRP bars bonded anchorage theory and the model for shearing strength predigested calculation are rational and practical. The judgement for the degree of damage is suited for health monitoring. Besides, the position and manner of FBG sensor placed have been selected, the type and technics of it have been determined after analysing an civil defense project's mechanic character. Then FBG intelligent monitoring project for the civil defense project has been studied and designed.Finally, the technique of FBG installation in concrete has been studied, and sensors have been successfully installed in this civil defense project, the strain of the project has been monitored during construction phase. Internal force of the infrastructure has been analysed. The application and monitoring results show that FBG sensors could satisfy the need of concrete structure, the monitoring results agree well with that from theoretical analyse, FBG intelligent monitoring project is suitable for this civil defense project, it is available for long-term health monitoring. |
