Direct Drive Volume Control (DDVC) Electro-Hydraulic Servo System is a new kind of volume speeding electro-hydraulic servo system. It has both advantages of AC servo motor control's flexibility and of hydraulic great force. Due to the features of high reliability; high energy-saving efficiency; simple operation and control; small integration, etc., the system has been widely applied to the equipments in many fields and has gained a lot of economic benefits. So it is widely considered to be one of the most important developing directions of the hydraulic control system.This technology is going to maturate in foreign country especially in USA and Japan, and its application is very wide. The main work of this paper is to design the one channel Hydraulic servo driver system of six DOF motion platform including ,Hydraulic manifold block ,Closure oil tank and some connection parts. Besides, we also do the research of the system's dynamic characteristics through experiments.This paper are aim at the fill oil problem of the system, design the sphere valve and closure oil tank to solve these problems, through theoretical analysis and experiments, optimized the parameters of the structure. The experiments shows that the new design works very well, it can satisfy our needs, the creep and noise problems are solved very well.In this paper, verified the system's performance under closed loop, and we tested the system's dynamic characteristics. Besides, more methods should be adopted to reduce or avoid the bad influence on the system in practical application.
