Heat pipes and equipment will produce different direction of the vibration inthe course of operation, This vibration would seriously affect the service life ofpipes, and even lead to huge losses. Most of the existing damper can't be used inthe pipeline system, and can't achieve the demand of 3D-damping. In this paper,a kind of superior performance spring-damper 3D would be researched, and it canachieve the requirements in different directions vibration, weak or eliminate thepipeline system vibration and improve the stability and the life of the pipeline.According to the demand of the spring 3D-damper, this paper derived therelationship between the stiffness-ratio and height-diameter ratio of the spring. Itcontains a single spring, the combination springs, three parallel springs andrubber spring. A piping system vibration model is established, and the vibrationperformance of the spring 3D-damper is analysed. It laid the theoreticalfoundation for the design such spring 3D-damper.Through the performance analysis of the spring 3D-damper, in light of theactual pipeline system parameters and the specific damping performancerequirements, This paper proposes a specific design program of the spring 3Ddamper,and the spring 3D-damper is machininged, and the comparison of theiradvantages and disadvantages is done. The paper gives the respectiveapplications for the design such as the spring 3D-damper.In this paper, the performance analysis methods is experimented. Throughexperiments the theory of the relationship between the stiffness-ratio and heightdiameterratio of the spring, also show the design method presented is reasonablein this paper.
