With the development of the modern military technology, the war condition of the war ship is very bad. The impact problem of high-power bomb to the war ship is much serious than ever. The ability of the resist impact is the important sign of the life and battle effectiveness.Presently, we can find that the war ship in spite of severing or building, all exist a serious problem, the ability of resist impact of the hull is strong, and that the pipe connection etc is evidently short.In this paper, the author is according to analyzed the steam pipe collocation and central to set up a simulate steam pipe system. The impact process is simulated by means of finite element method(FEM) though a common commercial software, called ANSYS 9.0. The calculation use spectrum analysis, its process: FEA modeling, FEA solving, then SRSS, pick up Von-Mises.First, calculate the dynamic response with the method of Finite Element Method (FEM) under the impulsive load; We can find the weakness of the pipe system according to the result with no damper; then install the oil-spring damper or damper, calculate the dynamic response again; adjust the parameter and position of the damper, till the pipe stress fitting the requirement. Base on all these parameter to design a new oil-spring damper . In this condition, the pipe system can resist impact acceleration: vertical and horizontal: 15g, longitudinal: 6g.This paper analyzed that improving damping is an effective way in vibration depressed. In answer to the requirements of damping to depress vibration and depress impact and resist shock, we invented the new patent product of the oil-spring damper, the oil-spring damper can supply low intensity and damping to depress vibration when little vibration forced, or supply a larger intensity and damping to depress impact when the force increased, or fix the pipes to prevent from destroy when the shock exceeds the permit stress of pipes. The calculation and analyze prove that the new steam pipe support system using the oil-spring damper is an effective to control the steam piping system vibration and impact and large shock to ensure the pipe system safe.
