Nowadays studies on concrete-filled steel tube mainly focuses more on the characteristics of the force acting on components and the node, less on the work of the overall structure. In present "Technical specification for concrete-filled steel tubular structure," the height-to-width ratio limits of concrete-filled steel tubular high-level structure are drawn indirectly with reference to reinforced concrete structure or steel structure, not specifically acquired from themselves. In this regard, the thesis conducts a research on height-to-width ratio of the concrete-filled steel tubular framed structure as follows:1, Establishment of calculation principle of height-to-width ratio of framed structure: work out the factors determining the limits of height-to-width ratio of framed structure based on a comprehensive consideration of the aspects like the structural stiffness, the overall stability, the carrying capacity and economy.2,Theoretical calculation of height-to-width ratio: design a series of concrete-filled steel tubular framed structures of different height-to-width ratio, and by applying the unified theory derive the suggestion value of height-to-width ratio from such aspects as deformation, the overall stability and economy;3, Numerical analysis of height-to-width ratio: with ABAQUS working as the platform, conduct the numerical analysis of the theoretical calculation object, and finally obtain the suggestion value of height-to-width ratio of concrete-filled steel tubular framed structure after making a comparison between the numerical analysis result and the theoretical analysis result.
