With the development of global economy, energy sources consumption increasing daily and environment empoison being serious gradually. In order to solve the difficult problems of environment pollution and energy resource in short supply, people must take the sustainable development strategy and exploit the regenerative energy. Wind power, as renewable, no pollution energy source, has been paided great attention by more and more countries. The technology also becomes research hotspot of many country's scholars.The SVPWM convertor researched in this paper is a kind of PWM convertor. The most important character of SVPWM convertor is : At the prerequisite of DC side voltage utilization ratio, SVPWM convertor can export the voltage vector with any module and angle according to the demand of control. In this paper, the SVPWM convertor is used to solve the problem of wind turbine little wind power generation. In this paper, two SVPWM convertor will be introduced, electric energy will be transmitted form induce generator side to DC side by one SVPWM convertor, and the transmission of electric energy form DC side to electric network side will be done by another SVPWM convertor. The SVPWM convertor based on TI's DSP chip TMS320F2812.Part one: This part briefly introduce the development of wind power and the content of research.Part two: This part briefly introduce TI's DSP chip TMS320F2812.Part three: Firstly, this part will introduce the principle of 3~1 transform, and the track of vector after 3→1 transformation will be analyzed by MATLAB. Secondly, this part will introduce the principle of SVPWM and the principle of SVPWM based on 3~1 transform. 3~1 transform principle and SVPWM principle be contacted in this part, and waveform of SVPWM be analyzed via experiment. Finally, induce motor speed control experiment and power generating experiment have been done, and the experiment result has been given.Part four: Firstly, the sample signal of electric network is analyzed from different point of view, and then, this paper will introduce the experiment of combining to the electric network by the electric network side SVPWM convertor, and the experiment result has been given.Part five: It is very necessary to design the filter for electric network sample signal because the voltage of electric network and current of electric network include many harmonic. This part will introduce four kinds of method to design digital signal filter, and the result of simulation will be given.
