Most of the aeronautic ground convert power system is controlled by analog or partial digital. It's very difficult to upgrade or maintenance. So in allusion to these problem, the paper analyses the theory of three-phase convertor based on TMS320F240 that is a motor-controller produced by TI company, and gives the engineering design.The paper discusses a method that produces the SPWM(Sine Pulse Width Modulation) waveform in detail, which is the changed Equal-area Arithmetic and compares with the Equal-area Arithmetic, and analyzes the harmonic that produced by the arithmetic, discusses the problem of dead-time and gives the resolvent. As a result, the paper gives the detailed scheme of hardware circuit and software design. Finally, the paper gives some simulated results that based on MATLAB.It is a digital control system. The system has the characteristic of simple circuit and scanty cost of upgrade, accords with the development trend of modern convertor. It will have wide applications.
