Established Petri Net Model Of A Certain Machine's Flexible Assembly System And Control System Design

In the development of the Flexible Assembly System, assembly product design, assembly planning and assembly process control should be carried out concurrently. In this paper, According to the theory of Petri Net and Flexible Assembly System, established Petri Net model of a certain machine's flexible Assembly System, and given the practical significance of the Petri Net model.The control system of a certain machine's Flexible Assembly System can have different designed methods. According to the demanding of control system, PLC controller is used in the control system for the main control unit, designed a safe and reliable control system.In the stage of the PLC LAD Program design, a new approach to design the PLC LAD Program is presented and the method provides a structured design methods. The PLC Lad program experiment has been done and the result show that this design method makes the design easy, improves the readability and design efficiency for PLC LAD Program.In this paper, a certain machine's Flexible Assembly System is introduced. The Flexible Assembly System provides an experimental platform for the theoretical research.
