But our country solar energy resources are very rich, and adjoins to the area besides the Sichuan basin, the major part area's solar resources quite or surpass the overseas same latitude area, has the good development condition and the application value.Collect solar energy resources and apply in the oil field, to substitute partial conventional energy source, has the very good development prospects.The interchange station of the oil and gas gathering and transferring system needs to heat water, and in the union station oil from the interchange stations is heated by the first furnace and the second furnace than trangport out. The measurement, the interchange station and the union station need heating, if can use the solar energy in these links to replace the partial conventional energy source, without doubt will have the very obvious energy conservation environmental protection effect. This paper extracts Daqing oilfield four plant 10 apricot joint station as the study object,according to the the scene test of the heating and the first furnace and the second furnace energy consumption, the interchange station heating energy consumption as well as the energy consumption to heat water, the measurement heating energy consumption to determine the designing heat load of each part.Unified the theoretical knowledge of the solar energy hot water system and accord to this heat load to design the solar energy collector substitution system of the first furnace and the second furnace in the union station as well as the solar energy collector heating the water system in the interchange station, and solar energy heating system of the union station, the interchange station as well as the measurement ,and has carried on the efficient appraisal to each system.
