Study Of Marine Auxiliary Boiler Combustion System On Oil Tanker

As a special transportation tackle, there are many special mechanisms on the oil tanker other than on the other vessel, and the boiler is one of the special mechanisms. The oil tanker boiler has the assignment of insuring the cargo oil and fuel oil heating and driving the cargo oil pump and etc. So it is important that we do our best to study on the boiler's automatic control.In this essay, based on the anglicizing the automatic control on the vessel and the requirement of the ship control, I contrive Proportional-Integral-Derivative Neural Network (PIDNN) control. And use the MATLAB emulate software to validate it.In the Nero-PID control system, I use the MCGS configuration software(made in China) as the display software. For the limited of MCGS, we use the VB program to reckon the PIDNN, and then create PIDNN strategy module connecting with MCGS. The hardware of the system including three parts as the following: the control machinery, the controlled object and the long-distance I/O. The locale equipment is connected with the ether network by the the long-distance I/O.
