Facing the increasingly development of air-transport business, and the unceasingly enhanced liquidity requirement of persons, baggage and cargo, the workload of airport is now increasing greatly, and also the tasks of baggage handling system. All of this making the ongoing of mistaken-sorting and card bag that directly caused the delay of luggage. And of course making the serious damage to the image of the airport, hinder operation efficiency of luggage sorting and lead to a sharp rise of operation cost burden, etc. So do some analyses and make some optimizations seemed to be reward able.According to the airport luggage sorting requirements for handling system, such as high-volume, high-efficiency and accurate sorting baggage, etc. This article is mainly expanded in two aspects, the control of the baggage tracking and the luggage into the motor,to improve efficiency of automatically grading system, and also decrease the error rate of sorting.In the tracking control sorting baggage, this paper puts forward the technology of virtual division on control process of luggage sorting positioning, which using the photoelectric zoning and virtual interval differentiate technology to divided conveyor belt into multiple independent interval or window; based on the above model, establish the virtual baggage object, compare the information of actual object and the virtual baggage luggage, and then realize accurate positioning tracking and sorting operation. The scheme can effectively solve the conflict of costs of control equipment and efficiency of sorting.In the baggage delivery system, to realize accurate import designated areas or tray,involving synchronous control of multiple independent motor, the traditional motor control system always use the simple PID controller and relatively independent control system,which have a weak the anti-interference ability and poor synchronization performance, this paper puts forward the auto-tuning fuzzy controller and PID neural network(PIDNN)controller to control motor, and based on compensation to control the synchronization of motor, and finally construct the model and simulated with MATLAB, the results shows that,compared with traditional control method, the two scheme can greatly improve the dynamic performance of motor control, fast response, short setting time, has the very good robustness,and good performance on synchronous.Finally, based on S7400 PLC, use the STEP7 and Win CC to build the simulated baggage handling control system, experiment the above tracking control scheme of sorting, and monitor some characters online.
