The Study Of IP Voice And Identity Authentication Technology On Virtual Coast Radio Station

On the basis of this virtual coast radio station which was proposed by the Nautical Science and Technology Institute of DaLian Maritime University, this paper makes improvement on the study of virtual coast station in those respects: Voice Transmission and Identity Authentication.According to the present conditions of voice transmission in our country, and technical features of voice over IP and the application in other fields, in this paper the author carries through the analysis of the use of voice over IP in coast radio station from three aspects, for instance, the request, feasibility and affect. And then, the author puts forward some suggestions about transformation of traditional coast radio station using voice over IP. Form the process of voice communication, the author designs the structure of communication of voice over IP, the voice communication establishing process, and key technologies such as pronunciation digitization, coding and decoding. In combination with the characteristics and species of information, the author gives out the concept of the platform of information, designs the architecture and important nodes and analyses the key technology in use.With the application of virtual coast radio station, the safe problem is increasingly outstanding. In order to consider the actual demand of the system and security of Authentication mechanism, the author introduces the identity authentication technique, and designs the Identity Authentication Module and the relationship with other modules, and also puts forward the scheme of system. In the user access control, the author designs the key technology of identity authentication from verification and authorization, using the role-based access control technology, and resolves the relationship between user and control. At last, the author designs the database structure of system and tables. The use of identity authentication technique makes the system of virtual coast radio station more hierarchical quality and reasonable.After the design, the author makes use of the MFC to program and carries out the test for the quality of voice transmission and the technique of identity authentication. And the effect is good. It can powerfully ensure the communication security in the field of navigation with the development of virtual coast radio station.
