Research And Development On Digital Coast Radio Station Integrated Information Process Platform

With the development of the global shipping industry, social ask for more requirements about the service on water correspondence. As a maritime safety and communications services, coast radio stations shoulder routine communications, maritime distress, safety duty and communications, maritime weather forecasting, coastal navigation warnings and a large number of public welfare communications. In the process of the imformation interaction about ship to shore, coast radio stations play an important role.Based on the analysis of the status of domestic and foreign coast stations, thinking about the existing problem of domestic coast radio stations, I raised the concept of the digital coast radio station platform integrated information process, and made the theoretical study on building this platform, then submit a plan for the platform for integration at last.First by the study on distributed information systems technology, information resources integration technology, digital technology, and coast radio station networking technology,a platform specific technical framework was built.Second, by drawing experience on other platforms building and in-depth analysis of coastal radio stations, we made analysis on the digital platform for the overall integrated information processing architecture, the data analysis process and function modules, clearing the specific building details of platform.Finally, by the study on the method of information resources integrated,we made the integration on the coastal radio station resources within the business systems, combined with concrete examples and preliminary proof.The building of digital coast radio station platform integrated information process, which is consistent with the development trend of the coast radio station will help to information exchange and resource sharing during Chinese coast radio stations, which is beneficial for the integrated management of coast radio stations. It will also make a positive effect on improving the quality of service and efficiency in coast radio stations.
