In recent years, the rapid development of high-level building to automation has become a new economic growth point. Building automation has become a symbol of an area, a city and a country's economic and technological strength. However, although building automation systems in high-rise buildings (equipment automation systems, office automation systems, communications automation system), need a lot of high-quality power supply automation equipment, a large amount of equipment due to the nonlinear load characteristics harmonic distortion caused low voltage power supply system is the source of the disturbance. It causes serious pollution to the power supply system and power quality. It not only brings serious harm to buildings, electrical equipment, intelligent electronic equipment and building systems, but also has adverse effects to the electrical and electronic equipment except BAS. Harmonic and Reactive triggered by the accident and failure, cause severe damage to the life and production of a national economy.The thesis is divided into seven parts. The first chapter foreword, showed the selected topic goal and the basis, and through to the present domestic high level building power distribution overtone research present situation and the government method research, have pointed out the paper research mentality and the method. Chapter II, mainly through the analysis to the harmonic housing supply and reactive power, it points out the current situation and existing problems of the harmonic housing supply and reactive power. Chapter III, it focus on the technical basis of the APF research, study and application of technological advances in the use of the existing APF issue. Chapter IV, it analyzes the role of the VAR compensator to the harmonic in the part of the performance of specific mechanisms and theories. Chapter V, it through the analysis to the specific installations include APF, Static Var Compensator devices and the APF harmonic, drawn harmonic control and reactive power compensation package. Chapter VI, it points out the harmonic integrated management system optimization. Chapter VII , conclusions.This paper focused on the content analysis of harmonic distortion caused all kinds of office buildings and power supply disturbance source, In view of the harm and harmonic distortion, make appropriate treatment measures Building automation systems for high-rise office building for the safe operation of great significance.
