Reinforced concrete frame structure is widely used in the field of civial engineering. When lacking of the capability of negative moment due to various reasons, it need to be strengthened effectively. Thanks to the following advantages: light weight, little space occupation and short construction duration, reinforcing with bonding steel method has a good application in projects.Considering the feature of frame structure and the flange, sixteen experimental components has been designed. This paper has proposed four goups, totally fourteen reinforcement shemes. Numeratial simulation of experimental components is done using ANSYS. Through the results of analysis, the ultimate strength of the structure and cack in different conditions has been researched. From the simulation results, we can know: except for the way bonding with steel plate in compressive region of the beam, all other ways have positive influence on concrete cracking and can effectively improve the ultimate strength and stiffness. Reforcing with steel plate in tensile region of the beam can greatly improve the capability of bearing bending in nagetive moment, but limited in compressive region. Reforcing with steel plate in flange of beam and thickness of plate has seirous impact on reinforcment. In addition, we should pay attention to the steel plate which have great stress in the vicinty of the column, and consider the measures of anchoring. Finally according to the result of simulated analysis, some worthy suggestions for the design and construction are proposed.
