This article is learned from massive of Chinese and English articles, to study on the background and the domestic and the development dynamic of wind power. Then it's known that the low speed drive of exterior rotor permanent magnetism generation of wind power system is superiority straight. Because of the used of exterior rotor permanent magnetism generation of chair is not normal and only some developed countries controlled these technologies that research on exterior rotor permanent magnetism generation system is valuable both practice and application in many ways.This article has mainly researched on the starting characteristic and operating characteristic of exterior rotor permanent magnetism wind power system. Introducing wind generator set's dynamic characteristic, analyses on the wind turbine leaf blade's aerodynamic characteristic. And using the advanced maximum work rate capture algorithm, effective obtains the biggest energy from the wind. Then dissect exterior rotor permanent magnetism wind power system's starting characteristic. Established exterior rotor permanent magnetism generator's mathematical model, and embarks from wind turbine's basic structure, to starts the moment of resistance the concrete formula to carry on the inferential reasoning, has analyzed the reason of the starting moment of resistance produces and proposed the solution measure of resistance reduces the moment.Then research based on drive of exterior rotor permanent magnetism generation of wind power system's operating characteristic. Mainly has research based on this system's control technology. The article in the comparison of four type variable current electric circuit structure of foundation wind turbine's, proposed one kind in the consideration existing switch component power level's situation, conforms to the great merit to drive the incorporation wind-driven generator request straight for variable current electric circuit topology, namely using of structure of "the uncontrolled rectification + pressure-rise cuts wave + three-phase SPWM inverts" and has carried on the analysis to its various part of electric circuit's principle of work. Then, the article has carried on the optimization design to variable current electric circuit control system; to the potential source SPWM inventor used the direct current control method the principle to carry on the thorough analysis. Finally used Matlab/Simulink to carry on the simulation, has made the good simulation progress and the good voltage current waveform, and has carried on the multi analysis to the profile, confirmed this article to use the method the accuracy. This control technology that has been designed could be one of application in practice and it also makes accordance for more researches.
