| Recent years, the electric power industry develops with a very high speed. The ultra-high voltage will be emphatically developed during the period of "11th Five-Year Plan". The circuit breaker is one of the most important equipment in switcher. The development of circuit breaker faces a huge challenge. Ultra-high voltage SF6 circuit breaker is the main studio product, so its key technique problem—the interrupting characteristic must be studied. Researching the interrupting characteristic of circuit breaker cover many subjects, such as electric field, magnetic field, flow fluid field and so on. It will have realistic significance for increasing the theory level of designing the ultra-high voltage SF6 circuit breaker.In this paper, at the background of the "The study of 1100kV double breaks circuit breaker and its related technique" item which is cooperated by Pinggao group Co.Ltd. and Shenyang University of technology, aiming at the theory and character of SF6 circuit breaker. The lower voltage class 252kV puffer SF6 circuit breaker has been selected as the researching object, to research the interrupting characteristic of circuit breaker. Knowing about the electric field distribution and testing the changing trend of flow fluid field during the interrupting course.Firstly, the calculation software ANSYS is made use of to calculate all the electric field distribution of arc quenching chamber of circuit breaker. According to the electric field distribution of circuit breaker in different typical post, the positions of maximum electric field strength each area are obtained. Then more theory reference can be provided for the designing insulation of circuit breaker arc quenching chamber.Secondly, the testing of gas pressure characteristic of flow fluid field has been presented during circuit breaker interrupting course. The ZHW□—252 plug and switch system has been selected as test platform. The testing system of multiple test and multipoint was build. There are seven classic positions in arc quenching chamber were selected to test the gas pressure characteristic. A large amount of testing results have been obtained in different based pressure of circuit breaker tank, different operate oil pressure and different structure of nozzle. The testing results can fully reflect the gas pressure characteristic of circuit breaker interrupting course, and knowing about the effects of different structure parameters for gas pressure. Finally, systemization and analysis of the testing data and compared with the computation results of other's. Utilizing test result to prove the accuracy of gas flow field computation. The testing of pressure characteristic has guiding significance for theory computation. |
