Research On Evaluation Method Of Reliability And Economic Worth Of Urban Power Network Reform Of Liaohe Oil Field

In the last years, China has ploughed plentiful capital into carrying out urban power network reform engineering, so as to improve the power supply ability of electric power system and safe economy running. Where, the construction of distribution power system has become an opera with much singing and acting in electric power construction. For verifying the actual effect of urban power network reform, and evaluating the economic indexes of power network according to the demand of state grid, accordingly discovering the success and shortage, Therefore, it is very necessary to evaluate reliability and economic worth of distribution power system.The reliability evaluation of distribution system is used for evaluating indexes of the load points and system. Nowadays with the rapid development of society, the demand for power-supply reliability of distribution power system become higher and higher, so we need describing the reliability indices of distribution power system clearly and systemically. In this paper, basic formulas and running characteristic of distribution power network is established at first. Secondly, Equivalent reliability evaluation model of distribution power network is established. Thirdly, basic formulas and indices of reliability evaluation suitable for researching status about distribution power network in our country is established. Following, reliability evaluation methods of a power distribution network have been researched, including some main popular analytical and simulation methods. Their advantages, disadvantages and application situation are also compared. Take Liaohe oil field as an example, use the method of reliability evaluation which based on the least skive-collect theory to analyse the reform of Liaohe oil field distribution power system. The development trend of reliability evaluation has been predicted. Whereafter, the principle and future reliability of distribution power system evaluation methods is established. Finally ,we further research some problems which appear in the economic evaluation of urban power network reform, that is, how to determine and calculate the discount rate, the internal rate of return(IRR), the profit form urban power network renovation and the rising of electricity price, are presented.The scientific basis to the evaluation of urban power network reliability and economic after the renovation of distribution power system is provided based on the research work in this thesis. It has considerably practical value.
