The incoming rapid development of economy in Northeast China brought about bythe recent national policy of "recovering the economy of northeast industrial base "has made it urgent to improve the transport system in this area.With the development of highway conditions and improvement of vehicle technical conditions,highway container tranport'advantages become more outstanding.But when the highway container transportation is developing rapidly,the logistic problem related to transportation has increasingly prominent.At present, Container logistics enterprises and customer regard the highly efficient and low-cost as their final goals. According to transport situation in northeast, optimizing the railway container transportation reasonablely and effectively, to be chosen as an first answer to ease or solve the transportation problem and satisfy the customer service needs.for various reasons, most present researches have mainly discussed the optimaize to container internal space and multimodal transportation ,the research on transportation matching optimize and route optimize by railway container is on the initial stage.This paper begins with the development of railway container transportation and the present study condition all over the world. Then according to the analysis of railway container transportation net and freight volume in northeast, summarise the problems exist in transport .The dissertation Calculate matching model with analytic hierarchy process based on the problem of high rate of empty vehiches, meantime ,the transportation route optimize mathematical model is set up .At last, the Genetic Algorithms is applied on the route optimize. By using it in the concrete example, we realize resolving the route optimize based on the Genetic Algorithms.We succeed in gaining fine results.
