Study On The Route Optimization Of Road Transport Safety With Dangerous Goods

With the development of our national economy and the improvement of people’sliving standard in recent years, traffic of dangerous goods is increasing. Dangerousgoods is explosive, flammable, toxic, corrosive, radioactive and it has other hazardousproperties, so the slightest mistake may cause casualties, property damage andenvironmental pollution to harm the people’s property and life and health during thetransporting or loading and unloading. Therefore, how to ensure safety of roadtransport of dangerous goods and to reduce the accident rate, it is important practicalsignificance for social development and people’s stable lives.It has been proved inpractice. To ensure the safety of transport, it is one of the most effective measures totransport route optimization of the road transport of dangerous goods.In this thesis, route optimization of the transport of dangerous goods is discussedfirstly, the interaction between transport of dangerous goods and transportation routesof regional environmental is analyzed systematically based on the theory of roadtransport of dangerous goods; Secondly, evaluation on indexes system of routeoptimization of the transport of dangerous goods is established; And the method ofindicators evaluation is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively; Then a method isproposed which combines fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation and AHP to set up optimizationmodel on transport of dangerous goods route; Finally, the model is used to optimizedangerous goods transportation routes from City A to south of B and the results areanalyzed.Through studying optimization of the transport of dangerous goods, departmentscan make a reasonable choice for emergency routes and conduct vehicle schedulingeffectively to ensure safety of road transport of dangerous goods and reduce accidentrisk. It is of great practical significance to protect people’s lives and property andsocial stability.
