Study On The Route Scheme Optimization Of The High-grade Highway In The Cold Region

The route scheme optimization of the high-grade highway is an important issue to be resolved in the earlier stage of the highway construction. Selected route is scientific and rational or not, would have a direct impact on the construction investment of the project, the function effect of the road, and the surrounding environment. The process of the route scheme optimization involves many factors and complex situation. Optimization result is usually influenced by the experience of the technician, ability of the technician, permissible drawdown of the project, etc. factors, and has greater subjective and arbitrary, so it can not satisfy the requirement of comprehensive evaluation and scientific decision to the scheme. To resolve above problems, need to establish a rational route optimization evaluation index system, utilize scientific method to establish the route optimization evaluation model.On the base of consulting correlated data, investigating in site, and counseling correlated experts, considering the specific weather condition of the cold region, established route optimization evaluation index system of the high-grade highway in the cold region from the economic, technique, society, environment and security five aspects according to the principle of constructing evaluation index system. Through systematically analyzing the principle, scope of application, advantages and disadvantages of the traditional evaluation methods and modern methods, combining the characteristic (a multi-indicator, multi-level complex issue) of the route scheme optimization of the high-grade highway in the cold region, proposed the decision idea that combine the analytic hierarchy process with the grey correlation analysis method, namely used the analytic hierarchy process to confirm the weights of the various indicators, then added the weights to the grey correlation calculation, weighted averaged the correlation coefficient of each index instead of original averaging correlation coefficient in the calculation of the correlation. Combine the constructed index system with the selected evaluation method to establish the route optimization evaluation model of high-grade highway in the cold region.Applied the established route optimization model to analyze the route optimization problem of the Hei He-Da Lian highway (Chao Shui-Chen Qing section highway) which has the typical characteristic of the cold region, the analysis result is in accord with the actual project. Through instance analysis, approved that the established route optimization model has a good feasibility and practicability, it has a practical guiding significance for the route scheme optimization task of the high-grade highway in the cold region in future.
