| The medium frequency induction heating has been widely applied into industry because of its energy saving, high efficiency and no pollution. In this paper, the medium frequency induction heating power supply was mainly discussed. According to the insufficiency of traditional analog power control systems, a novel digital medium frequency induction heating power supply control system is researched and designed. On the basis of theoretic analysis, the digital control and network control technology of medium frequency induction heating power was studied primarily. A novel digital medium frequency induction heating power supply control system based on DSP TMS320LF2407A was designed. In the system design, the DSP controller as slave-computer, PC machine as super-computer position machine and realize the serial communication through serial port RS-232. The control system can achieve the medium frequency induction heating power supply field control and remote control to facilitate the operation and control. In the meantime, aiming at the complicated time-variant parameter and non-linear structure of induction heating power supply system, Fuzzy power controller was designed. A close loop software PLL and phase shift power regulation strategy were designed to realize the digital control of the power supply and to improve control accuracy and machine efficiency. On the basis of the sampling circuit, protection circuit, drivers and other hardware circuits have been designed, the DSP-based control software and VC + +6.0 PC monitoring software were also prepared. Finally, the experiment results demonstrate the validity of theoretical analysis and the feasibility of novel digital medium frequency induction heating power supply control system. |
