Research Of Reducer's Structure And Configuration Management System Based On Product Family

Nowadays science technology are developing fleetingly and global market are becoming more and more mature, traditional large-scale manufacture mode can not accommodate the change. Steady and uniform market are change to the diverse and variation market. There are appearing more subdivided market and individualized customer order requirements. As follow as the shorten of the product lifecycle and exploitation cycle, client are long for the lowest cost,the topmost quality,individualized customer order requirements need for product and service. MC come into being, the purpose is offering one manufacture mode can meet individualized customer order requirements at the base of the lowest cost and utmost efficiency. For MC,the first important problem is how to design product to response customers'individualized demand efficiently and quickly. Then product configuration (PC) is the core and key technology of the MC.Reducer's breed is so large that using PDM can reduce cost,shorten the design and manufacture cycle,improve the veracity and coherence of the design and manufacture, and can realize the exchange and share of information of the design,techniques,manufacture department, solve the"Isolated Island of information". But the concrete product structure is regarded as the center of traditional PDM , there are some weak points such as huge data,difficulty of system maintenance and so on, but PC can improve the repeat of design efficiently and manage the series product expediently.so we need the PDMS including the PC function as core.In this paper, based on the structure of series reducer, combine the modularize design idea and product family design idea, divide the design of reducer into two processes: design of product family and product configuration. Based on the analysis of the product model, the study of configuration model and process are introduced, the modeling method of configuration knowledge base is discussed, a new configuration method based on product family is given. Finally an reducer configuration model is used as an example to show how to implement.Standard part is given a private code, then the make part's drawing and standard part's code will be as the only ID. We can ensure gaining unique data of parts. The uniform parts'library give PC the whole and reliable sustain. And it is the base of the realization of PC. this paper use the analyses of drawing number and the lookup of filiations to store the product structure data,And establish product structure automatically by PB, the product structure tree is the base of the realization of PC.The result of PC can give the produce and stock departments data, which make them communicate expediently.Finally vary departments can gain the appropriate BOM,...
