In the field of modern industrial heating, induction power with the friendlyfeatures, which are stable and reliable, energy-saving and efficient, safe andenvironmentally, have been occupying a pivotal position. A vacuum coating inductionheating power group is designed by this paper, the load resonant andsoft-switching environment is achieved by applying the PLL, and the switchinglosses and the electromagnetic interference of switching devices is reduced significantlyby using the soft-switching technology, load resonance making the power factorimproved. In order to further improve the power factor after three-phase rectifier,weakening the power-rush current, therefore do not use traditional large-capacitycapacitor to filter. In the control part, the PI technology is appliedto better achieve the constant power, constant current and constant voltagemode. At the same time, the entire power group with high noise immunity, stable output,high reliability, compact structure and so on.According to the subject of design specifications, firstly, this paper select thefull-bridge voltage-type series-resonant topology’s inverter through analyzingand comparing the topology program of main circuit, an based on depth understandingof the vacuum coating induction heating power requirements, analyzing the course oftheir work of up-type phase-shifted power regulation. Then the impedance matchingtransformer is designed according to the principle of induction heating load impedancematching; the relevant devices are selected by calculating the main circuit parameters,analyzing the control chip STM32F103; the design of the software part was completed,and soft-switching is realized. And the IGBT drive circuit is analyzed andthe experience in the design is summed up; at the same time, a better suppressionmethods and quarantine measures are put forward according to the mechanism ofelectro-magnetic interference for the power group.Finally, the entire main circuit static simulation is done, so the results of theanalysis of the simulation results shows that the choice of programs is reasonablypracticable; at last the design of the vacuum coating induction heating power is finished by the number of on-site commissioning of each module circuit.
