At present,there is a prosperous market for the power transformer in the world.At the meaning time the power in China also develops fast.The gross of generator has up to five-hundred thousand Megawatt in 2005,and it has breakthrough six-hundred thousand megawatt in 2006.The increased amount is almost the same as the total gross of the generator of India.In the view of the whole world,it is most necessary of the power electricity for the countries from developing become developed.We may also realize that distribution of power electricity also important as two of third of power will be consumed in the east area in our country but two of third of energy centralizes in Middle Western of China.The Power Transformer shall be used in the power transmission of AC current,which is popular in most of the countries.And the capacity of power transmission shall be five to eight times than the capacity of generator.In this case there is a very good opportunity for the Power Transformer industry.The transformer optimized has decreased the cost performance and make the manufacturer to be more competitive in the market.SFZ10-50000/110 Power Transformer is very typical in 110 kV power grids,which is the reason we select this model as the object to be optimized.Compared with the famous manufacturer abroad,like ABB,Siemens,Toshiba etc,we shall say China local manufacturer has a high cost both in raw materials and making. To solve this problem,the author consider that the designer should accumulate the former design data,learn from the previous experience abroad,and we feel confident that we will make the progress time by time.In this project of optimizing SFZ10-50000/110 Power Transformer,based on the electromagnetic field calculation,surge distributing calculation, magnetic leakage calculation,we work out several tens design proposals,from which we get the best one.The new techniques like inside shield winding and inclined joint core have been adopted,which make sure the Rate of Price and Quality maximum.
