Under the environment of power market,the hydropower dispatching operation is faced with a very complex multi transaction market.It is necessary to consider the different market rules,the market power constraints,and the conventional hydraulic and power scheduling constraints,which forms a more complex problem of hydropower scheduling.Based on the environment of Yunnan electric power market,this paper takes Xiaowan and Nuozhadu cascade hydropower system in the Lancang River as an example,which embeds the market transaction types of hydropower stations in the power market and the law of the quantity of electricity and price relations of the hydropower stations in the market into the optimal scheduling model,and carries out the study of optimization of the long-term power generation of the cascade hydropower stations under the power market.This paper mainly includes the introduction of the project background,the simulation of the relation between the quantity of electricity and price of different transaction types of hydropower stations,and the power generation dispatching of the single hydropower station and the cascade hydropower stations under the market environment.The main work in this paper is as follows:(1)This paper makes a reasonable simplification of the market type of the hydropower station participating in the power market,and describes the market transaction types involved in Xiaowan and Nuozhadu hydropower station as the Intra provincial trading market and Outgoing trading market,and uses the centralized matched trading to express the Intra provincial trading market.At the same time,considering the electric power composition of the power station at the present stage,the total power generation of Xiaowan and Nuozhadu hydropower stations can be divided into three main parts: the preferential electricity,the centralized matched trading electricity and the outgoing trading electricity.(2)Referring to the actual operation data of hydropower station,the relationship between quantity of electricity and price is simulated.The preferential electricity is the basic electricity,and the fluctuation of its price is small every year,so the preferential electricity price is in accordance with the actual electricity price in 2016.On the basis of data mining technology,for the centralized matched trading and Outgoing trading,this paper finds the law of quantity of electricity and price,and uses the regression analysis method to fit and determine the corresponding relation curve of quantity of electricity and price.Besides,the electricity price of the matched trading is distinctly different in the flood season and dry season,so the relation curve of the electricity and the price of the matched trading is divided into the curve of the dry season and the curve of the flood season in order that the result can be more accurate.(3)On the basis of the energy composition and the relationship between the quantity of electricity and price,the maximum benefit model of the single hydropower station and the maximum benefit model of the cascade hydropower stations are constructed respectively,and the model optimization is carried out with the mature optimization solver Lingo to achieve the efficient solution.According to the optimization results,the rationality and reliability of the model are analyzed from the angle of water level,average electricity price,the quantity of electricity and the proportion of each part of electricity,and some results are compared with the actual situation of the hydropower station in the power market in 2016,whose feasibility and rationality are verified.(4)The results of single station and cascade generation dispatching are compared and analyzed,which show that,although the cascade combined optimal scheduling makes the power generation and generating benefit of the Xiaowan power station reduce compared with the single station scheduling of the Xiaowan power station,the indexes are improved in different degrees from the whole cascade.Finally,the content of the whole paper is summarized and suggestions of further study are given.
