Recently, the industry of the bulk cement vehicle is developing fast in our country. The technology has been greatly improved by studying the similar product from developed country. But compare with the developed country, our bulk cement vehicles still have much disadvantages on discharging speed and residul quotiety. In order to increase the performance of our bulk cement vehicle, get rid of the experience design means and boost up the competetive ability of the company in our country, this subject combines theory with practice, fully uses the calculation ability of hydrodynamics software FLUENT and reseaches different qualitative and quantitative parameters. The main researches include: the physic character of cement, the operational parameter of our bulk cement vehicle, velocity of air, pressure, temperature and their effects to the fluidization, the air distributor and the leading board and their effects to the fluidization and the effects of parameters of the bulk cement vehicle to the discharging process.Researches on the problems in old bulk cement vehicle, finds the best means to improve the cement can, raises the dischaging efficiency and reduces the residual quotiety and ensures the main parameters that can affect the fluidization and discharging process which include the air velocity, the figure and fabric of air distributor, use 40 leader board angle, sleeve fabric diacharge port, the diameter of discharge port as 200mm.The results of these researches improved the fluidization of the bulk cement vehicle, raised the discharging effect and reduced the residul quotiety. The researches also improved the quality and design ability of the bulk cement vehicle in our country.
