This paper takes DSP (TMS320LF2407A) which produced by the TI company as a controller to design main circuit and control circuit of three-phase inverter so as to develop a control system of three-phase asynchronous motor under the conditions of inverter.The main circuit's power switch is IGBT which produced by SEMIKON company and control circuits include PWM drive circuit,current and voltage signal acquisition circuit, photoelectric encoder signal acquisition circuit, protection circuit, start and stop and reset circuit. Based on the system, this paper researches SPWM control, SVPWM and current hysteresis control strategies and uses MATLAB/Simulink software to establish three PWM algorithm model to generate C code and download to DSP to control three-phase asynchronous motor, and then analysises the control effect of three control strategy.It provides a good software and hardware test platform to asynchronous motor for the realization of the vector control and direct torque control.At the same time, the paper researches identification of basic parameter of three-phase asynchronous motors methods and uses inverter to determine basic parameters of asynchronous motor (including stator leakage inductance, stator resistor,rotor leakage inductance, rotor resistance and mutual inductance) and presents a adapt application of identification methods of the basic parameter.The paper presents no-load and load test under the condition of scence to take data acquisition of voltage and current signals of basic parameters of the motor through ADC of DSP and as a result of digital filtering and spectrum analysis. This method not only improves the accuracy of the identification, but also reduces more difficult of the test, and ultimately has access to acquisit basic parameters of asynchronous motor and provides the basic parameters for the realization of the induction motor vector control and direct torque cont.
