Study On Fore-warning System Of Urban Road Traffic Safety

Urban road safety fore-warning system is brought forward in the background of growing traffic accidents in nowadays .It needs a long-time and formidable process to establish an effective fore-warning system because of the uncertainty and complexity of urban traffic accidents. Thus, even in developed countries there have no in-depth theory in this field.Research the mechanism of traffic accidents through both the macroscopic and microcosmic factors that affect the occurrence of traffic accidents. Owing to different causations of traffic accidents in different cities, put forward the makeup, function and models of safety fore-warning systems in local and whole city and analyze the application of BMOM in urban road safety fore-warning system.This article related to the definition, the principles of setting-up, the construction of evaluation target system of urban road safety fore-warning system, the composition, structure, main functions of the system and the establishment of the model. Effective solution to the problems of urban road traffic safety, easing the urban traffic jams and protecting urban road safety were expected to obtained though the work mentioned above. Moreover, combined with an example, educed how to use this system and some problems that should be noticed. Finally, pointed out the limitations of this study, and many pending further problems that require more in-depth researches.
