| Along with the development of our country's power industry, the capacity of large generator-transformer units becomes bigger and bigger. The increment of large generator-transformer units capacity can reduce the cost of manufacture and electricity generation, and improve the efficiency of electricity generation. However, if an accident occurs on large generator-transformer units, it will cause huge economic loss, so a strict request is put forward to the protection of large generator-transformer units. Three Gorges power plant is one of the world's largest power plants. Its right shore'generator-transformer units will use China's self-designed and produced hydroelectric generating set and generator-transformer units protection, which will be a challenge to the development person and have an important theory sense and application value.Aiming at the characteristics of the right shore'generator-transformer units in Three Gorges power plant and referring to the merit of many domestic and international big relay protection companies'generator-transformer units protection, this paper discusses a kind of universal micro-computer protection'total design scheme for large generator-transformer units protection. This paper studies the characteristics of the protection system, the way of making cabinet and the design mode of apparatus integration, and presents the technique scheme of the new protection and its supervision system.As an important role of generator-transformer units protection, supervision system not only supervises and controls the protection, but also realizes a good analysis function by its inner-embed fault analysis software. Recently, micro-computer protection has a network communications trend, so micro-computer protection must have a strong network function. Combining with the design and development of Three Gorges right shore'generator-transformer units protection, this paper discusses the design principle and the key technique in the function module of supervision system.The supervision and control module of supervision system has a friendly human interface, and can realize reliable and complete supervisor control function, as status monitor, setting management, debugging management, report management and system configuration. Aiming at the huge number of protections and the complicated management, this paper puts forward a management scheme by switching the protections, which can accord with the spot custom.Aiming at the situation of the right shore'generator-transformer units in Three Gorges power plant, this paper designs a kind of wave record layout which can satisfy the need of fault analysis, and expounds the frame of the fault analysis software. The software can read and analyze the wave record files to realize the wave display and fault analyze, which provides a fault analysis way for field personnel.Combining with the specific network communications requirement of supervision system, this paper puts forward a communication architecture which is based Ethernet. The communication architecture chooses TCP/IP protocol to transmit data, and uses Modbus protocol to analyze and response data. So it can realize network creation, reliable and quick network communications between supervision system and protections. This paper introduces the flow pattern of the network communication module in supervision system. |
