As frequency conversion can save energy and has high efficiency , more and more home appliance use this technology . Brushless Direct Current Motor(DCBLM) has extensive applications due to its excellent performances.This paper discusses the sensorless control system for DCBLM using TMP88PH40 MCU,and proposes the hardware circuit and software control project based on it.At the same time,this paper also discusses control system for temperature automation using TMP86C807 MCU.The paper summarizes the developments and applications of the frequency conversion .Then , introduce the applications of the DCBLM .In the chapter about holistic structure analysis for the control system,the paper applies the modular introduce principle, designs the hardware control system based on the core processor TMP88PH40 including power circuit,MCU control circuit,drive circuit and position detection circuit.The paper also analyses the Pulse Amplitude Modulation(PAM),Pulse Width Modulation(PWM) control methods which are widely used in DC frequency conversion technology. Then it introduce the software control of DCBLM.In the structure of temperature feedback , base on holistic structure for the control system, that design hardware circuit including display , key, memory, communications.In the chapter about system software design, based on the system software of the MCU TMP88PH40, that introduced the fuzzy control method. Then, using temperature feedback software control making the system can automating reach the temperature which ser it before.In the chapter about analysis for experiment results, the paper validates the theory about temperature control system through the waveforms picked from the experiments when the DCBLM control system worked normally. The experiment results indicates the sensorless DCBLM control system satisfies the requirement of stepless speed change. Finally,the paper summarizes the former work and the improvement of the project,prospects the problems and further work we have to deal.
