In this article,the fuzzy PID intelligent control technology is based on Siemens S7-200 PLC。 Through the simulation of variable frequency speed regulation system in SIMULINK and actual experimental analysis of induction motor variable frequency speed regulation.. Discusses the feasibility of fuzzy PID intelligent control technique being applied to the ship’s hoisting equipment.In this article, the designed fuzzy PID intelligent controller for variable frequency speed regulation system is simulated in SIMULINK. The simulation results of the fuzzy PID frequency control and traditional PID frequency control of motor speed were analyzed together. Through the comparison and analysis of simulation results found that the fuzzy PID frequency control of motor speed is superior to the traditional PID control technology in the speediness and stability, and fuzzy PID control technology overshoot volume is smaller than the traditional PID control technology. And then by using Siemens S7-200 PLC to realize fuzzy PID intelligent control technology in variable frequency speed regulation of the motor. By programming using PLC control frequency converter and asynchronous motor, thus accomplishes the experimental frequency control of motor speed. And measured respectively under the action of the fuzzy PID control and traditional PID control, the speed curve of induction motor variable frequency speed regulation. And the measured changes in the rate of two groups of curve were analyzed, based on the results of comparative analysis, further verify the fuzzy PID control in rapidity and stability of the new and small amount of overshoot three advantages. In addition based on WINCC configuration software, this article also completed the interface design of the application of frequency control of motor speed experiment in the upper machine.
