Along with the high development of science and technology, various intelligent and the high-tech products of electric home appliances move towards market more and more.The intelligent control digital air-condition of frequency conversion studied by this paper is just in which one.The air-condition of frequency conversion because of its energy saving and high efficiency, low noise, can construct a kind of more comfortable room environment, being so becoming development direction of family air-condition industry gradually .Certainly, the control system of the variable-frequency air-condition is more complex than ordinary air-condition, the research of this paper goal is just the intelligent control system of the variable-frequency air-condition.This paper has first analysed the key issue of research for the variable-frequency air-condition and its advantage, summarize the basic principle and structure of the family digital variable-frequency air-condition control system. Has analysed the function requirement relatively in detail of indoor and outdoor unit control systems of variable-frequency air-condition, the major hardware circuit for indoor, outdoor unit control systems are designed by these. Choose 8 bits fine MCU PIC16F877 as control chip of indoor unit, and choose 16 bits MCU dsPIC30F2010 with DSP engine as control chip of outdoor unit, in order to realize the systematic control and the regulation of frequency conversion for compressor. Choosing PIC series MCU is since it has rich resource on chip , may so reduce a lot of peripheral circuits when hardware are designed , also make systematic hardware part more succinct.This paper has put forward present advanced SVPWM control algorithm for the control of the compressor , and has made theoretical analysis and research for this algorithm. And give the simple, effective scheme of this algorithm realized with dsPIC30F2010 MCU. Additionally, fuzzy control method is presently popular control strategy for intelligent home appliance. This paper has studied the basic principle of fuzzy control , and put forward the fuzzy control scheme of this system , design fuzzy controler for temperature-control system, so as to realize systematic intelligent regulation process.From the variable-frequency air-condition control system overall consideration and analysis, and the requirement according to software modular design, this paper design the software of control process for indoor and outdoor unit, and the communication agreement between indoor and outdoor unit. And make brief explanation for interference rejection of the systematic design.
