Nowadays,lack of energy is a problem in the world,"high energy consumption ,high eject and low efficiency"is a common situation which has being restrained our rapid development of economy. To solve the problem of high temperature of ejected smoke in industrial furnace, we install a regenerative heat exchanger into smoke pipe to recover the wasted heat from smoke, so energy is saved.Ceramics of honeycomb is a new element of regenerator. The heat exchanger integrated with ceramics and the technology of high-frequency switch has many advantages such as strong resistance from high temperature and corrosion, small volume, and low resistance .So this paper research the property of heat exchange and resistance in three kinds of heat exchanger made up of ceramics regenerator-ball, honeycomb with hexagon hole and square hole and .integrate with the technique of high-frequency switch. Firstly, we prove the plan which advice install a heat exchanger into smoke pipe is possible in the opinion of energy consumption by experiment, then we use the hot air which is heated by electric stove to instead of smoke. Calculate the coefficient of heat exchange and resistance through the measurement about flow and temperature of cool and hot air, then compare with the conclusion which calculated by theory in the same situation.. We the conclusions are higher than the ones by theory. We evaluate the three kinds of regenerator synthetic by the measurement of their properties of heat exchange and resistance in the same situation and the conclusion is that honeycomb. The conclusion is that honeycomb is very fluent and its ability of heat exchange is more excellent than ball because of its large square. At last, we can determine a most suitable cycle by changing the cycle of heat exchanger and compare with the range of temperature of the air. which is from exit.
