The main content of the thesis is about the study on soft-Switch technology for new type power supply of solid-state pusle laser. With the wide use of the laser processing technology in industy application and the development of power electronics, it presents significant challenge to the design of the power supply for solid-state pulse laser, which is one of the main parts of the laser .At first, the load characteristic of the pusle laser is analyzed , and the ideal output characteristic of the power supply is obtained. Then the circuit of the traditional power supply is analyzed and their advantage and disadvantage are indicated. After that a new power supply of solid-state pusle laser based on Buck type DC/DC quasi-resonant converter is designed . The basic topology of main circuit is analyzed, the working procedure of Zero Current Switch(ZCS) is explained. One-Cycle-Control technique is used in control circuit ,which improves output voltage characteristics. Theoretical analysis proves that the new power supply has high performance such as high accuracy, low ripple current, light weight and low switching loss compared with the traditional laser power supply.There is a lot of simulation in the thesis, and the simulation is acquired by the software of Matlab and Pispce. The simulation results are accordant to the theoretical analysis .Based on theoretical analysis and simulation results, the main circuit and control circuit of the laser power supply is completed. The experiment results show that the power supply of pusle laser has excellent electrical characteristic as the theoretical analysis and simulation results have proved. At last, the thesis summarizes the experience in the experiment and draws some conclusions as reference for further research .
