The 21st century is the century of the ocean. Both the deep ocean and the ocean bottom contain rich resources such as strategic metals, energy sources and biological genes. Today, energy is relative scarcity, so the energy is important foundation of the sustainable development. Deep-submarine is important equipment for us to get to the seafloor and get the deep-sea energy, at the same time the deep-submarine is an important technology to develop the deep-sea.Pressure hull of deep-submarine is an important equipment, which make the survival at deep-sea access to people, so pressure hull's research is of great significance. This paper is based on theoretical analysis and numerical calculation to research nonlinearly the strength and stability of both whole pressure hull and pressure hull which has openings, and analyze affect of various parameters of enforcement structure on mechanical properties.First, by comparing experimental results and finite element calculation result, shows that the finite element method on the issue is accuracy, also, calculating the affect about the eigenvalue buckling radius radio on ultimate strength of pressure hull. The finite element analysis indicates that with the eigenvalue buckling radius radio increasing, the ultimate strength of pressure hull is downward trend, the ratio in 0~1%, the speed of downward is faster.Second, there are several openings, for example people openings, the observation windows and so on, on the pressure hull, then the openings can arouse critical pressure is downward and stress too large at a place, so the structure need enforcement, this paper enclosure the way of enforcement is making use of. By changing the parameters of enforcement structure, analyzing the effect on the critical pressure of the pressure hull and destruction. By calculating, we conclude that with the changing of various parameters on the pressure hull, the impact about the critical pressure and destruction is not the same.
