At present, it is the period of imformation and network, which makes the requirement of efficient and functionful buildings rise. A Intelligent Building is combine of building, equipment, service,management which are individually optimized and mutually working, so that the building is tend to be more efficient, functionful, comfortable and safe.Unlike traditional technology, Intelligent Building System is a new and developing technology area, which is not perfect enough and improving fast. At present usuil Intelligent Building Systems still have some disadvantage etc. some systems are still closed systems; the controlling Thesis is described unclearly; equipments are not clearly seperated; UI should be more friendly and efficient; bad soft structure. This designed system is tend to be advanced in these aspects: better equipments controlling; safer software structure; friendly and efficient UI; better intelligent management.In this thesis, we discuss particularly from the key techniques, including TCP/IP, dynamic IP address, Ethernet/IP, three layers structure, IPSec.The system can supervise the equipments including electric appliances, fire alarm system, anti-theft alarm with equipment manage center, and equipment manage client. With computer network and interface technique, digital controller each sub system are connected. Sub system can communicate with center managing computer or with other sub system by web. Manager can operate the equipments which are displayed in graphical interfaces, which can make the management more efficient.
