With the consumption of fossil fuels and their serious impact on the environment, the wind energy with the advantages of cleans and can be recycled for use is growing importance to many countries and they are actively developing and utilizing its wind resource, China is no exception. The industry of the wind power develops to a certain scale in China last few years, but China gets behind the international community in concerning the technical research of wind power, especially the key technique of the wind turbine. The blades, the key part of the wind turbine, were studied in this article. The main conclusions are as follows:1. According to the classic theory of the wind turbine blade design and using 3D modeling software-Pre/E, the blade's 3D solid model is established. According to the situation that there are lots of aerofoil data, a suitable modeling method is put out which make the modeling more quickly and accurately.2. According to the structure design of airfoil and airscrew, especially the placement method of layers, combining the aerodynamics and its force condition, took 1.1MW blade for example, computed a layer design. Give a mold for dynamics analysis.3. By using ANSYS finite element analysis code, the blade model's static and modal analyses are made, and the curve of blade's stress in ultimate wind speed is drawn out and the first 10 natural frequencies are got out. Combined with the problem analysis of blade rupture, the final results take an essential foundation for structure design of the blade.
